So, you want to know a little bit about myself? Alright.
Well, it all started when I was a young lad of about 11. I
took a few drama courses at a magnet type school. These classes
intrigued me as I learned much about the craft of acting.
After being in a few plays and meeting interesting people,
my parents pursuaded me to partake in a new kind of activity...sports!
I played baseball, soccer, golf (yes, golf!), and even wrestled
on a junior team of McCluer North. It was wrestling that I
spent most of my time in. For a couple of years I went around
to tournaments and camps with people like WWE wrestler Randy
Orton and Sam Sheretz. After some time I wanted to earn
some cash, so I got a job at 14.
I worked in a paper branch for about a year stuffing Sunday
Post-Dispatch 5 Star Editions. This helped build a strong
work ethic that I still hold today. Before I was 16 I worked
as a landscaper and an autoshop janitor. Earning my own cash
came in mighty handy when I wanted to buy fancy things like
bean burritos from Taco Bell.
Again acting was put on the backburner when I was in highschool.
My Freshman and Sophmore year I was on the Varisty wrestling
team over at McCluer High School (class of '99). In my Junior
and Senior year of highschool I started a hard rock band in
my parent's basement. Plier,
as we where called, essentially had three guitar players,
no drummer and no basest. However, we had a drum kit so each
of us took turns playing all of the instruments. It was in
this band that I realized I had a calling to be a leader and
I had a passion to create.
So, after highschool I started a new hobby (later to be my
profession). This of course is in web design / development.
Milco Web
Design was the offspring of this passtime and helped launch
a semi-successful career with my current employer eGM
Web Services. As college wraps up I have circled back
to my earlier roots of acting.
The summer of 2003 proved to be an interesting one in which
a major motion picture came to St. Louis. The
Game of Their Lives was a great project to work on and
again allowed me to meet more interesting people. Since then
I have been actively pursing projects that have interested
me.
If you would like to keep up to date on the latest happenings
with my acting endeavors then check out my online journal.
Thanks for your interest!
